[Bboa-members] Hand Flare Recall/Safety Bulletin

Sorry for the Spam, but recently a Sailing Instructor was injured by one of
these Flares (See link).

If you have *Pains Wessex White Collision Warning (MK 7) Hand Flares *on
your vessel,l they may be unsafe. The specific flares are *lot numbers 2045
and 2046*, which expire 12/2008.
