[Bboa-members] explanation about delayed emails to the list

All,

It's great to see the BBOA correspondance picking up a bit. Please note, 
if you CC more than a few people the list complains & holds up the posting 
for approval. Until I figure out how to change that  I suggest not posting 
to quite so many people at once.

HOpefully those who post with many in the CC address are getting notified 
by the list that their post is held up. 

Ps. did anyone attend the meeting tonight? I'm unable to make it with baby 
duty. Anotherposting should address this (perhaps assign representatives 
to cover one month)
