Apathy may rule but my perception at this time is that
physical/geographic limitations are hindering action and or
participation. Someone has done a good job of bringing together those of
us who are electronically connected but action from that connection is
not completed. It seems that our focus is attendance at meetings. Is
there some way to publish (electronically) the meeting minutes and then
respond collectively via e-mail through the bboa?

I am concerned and willing but living in Colorado is a limiting factor
presently.

Is there some BBOA meeting planned to discuss an try and head off the 
proposed 14 % increase for 2006-07.  Who might do this and where?
