I, as well, am very interested in all that transpires regarding our Marina  
and its ever increasing fees. I monitor all that comes across the web but am  
also limited to participation as I live in Colorado and am at the  marina only 
infrequently. What is the justification for the "Unsecured  Property" taxes we 
are hit with every year on our slips??? Are berthers at other  Marinas 
subject to these extortions or is it just us being in a "City" run  facility???
