Helen mentioned the cutbacks on the police officer on duty. I'll point out 
that the city of berkeley recycling has often been delinquent. Ann in the 
Harbor Master's office has bugged them several times. Perhaps the 
waterfront committee holds a bit more sway to get basic city services 
working for the marina?

It's ironic that while our slip fees go up 8% in August services are cut 
back, curtailed, or missing in action.

Any words from the waterfront commission?
