All,  I will also be there.  We have had one boat pull out of the docks and 
sink, two other boats pulled out cleats in this last weeks' storms and the 
water system went out last night.  There have been two sewage spills from 
the pumpout and sewage lines on H-I.  They are now talking about Aggressive 
Maintenance.  About 20 years too late, I'd say.  We asked that H-I be 
restored for the last ten years.  There is a City-contracted engineering 
study of about four years ago that said H-I docks are completely 
unsafe.  The City is a service provider.  We are paying increasing fees for 
that service -- which is sadly lacking.  We must rally and stick together 
if we are going to save this Marina from its management and their 
overseers. JSC
