This is the most recent version I have in electronic form. 

The website also has a convenient list of all the Waterfront Commissioners' contact info, including a comma-delimited list of email address, ready to paste into the "to" field of your email client. 

The Brown Act prohibits us Commissioners from discussing anything of substance among more than four of us outside of the official scheduled meeting venue, and that includes email. But the public is certainly free to lobby the full Commission, and in fact we hardly ever get any email from anyone on marina issues. Please try to attend tonight's Waterfront Commission meeting. Also, a few of us usually wander over to the yacht club after, and that's a good place for some informal discussion about some of the relevant issues.
