[Bboa-members] Kite Festival Parking Fees AND Fourth of July event

perhaps the Rotary can also handle some fees 
for parking (New)for the Fourth of July early evening parking along with handing out rules and regulations to Marina entrants. There are large numbers of City Staff doing this at the present time.
AND GIVE BACK SOME PERCENTAGE OF THE REVENUE TO THE MARINA FUND.
..charges going to those who use the services general idea.

  I spoke to Calvin regarding the proceeds of the public parking fees for the Kite Festival going to the Rotary Club. He said the City has an agreement with the Rotary Club that if they handle the parking logistics for the day, they can keep the fees. Essentially, we contract out the service to them since we don't have city staff available to handle it.
