Well only in Berkeley.  Here we have the aggressive sea lion attacking
people on the K-Dock and now we have the Buddhist Monks releasing bait off
the dock. 

 

According to one of our berthers, today there was a large group of people
dipping buckets in the bait tank at the end of K-Dock and releasing the fish
into the water.

 

I realize that some one thought they were doing the right thing, but haven't
we our lesson yet.
