[Bboa-members] November Waterfront Commission meeting

There's a good chance that we will not have a quorum tonight - three of the seven current Waterfront Commissioners are unable to attend. The agenda is light, so this might be a good meeting for informal discussion of various issues on the agenda. 

If we fail to make the required 4-member quorum for the meeting then we will probably just adjourn to the Berkeley Yacht Club bar for even less formal discussion of issues of concern to BBOA. If the Marina conference room is dark at 7:30 or later, ring the doorbell at BYC.
